Team-building Sunday
On the first Sunday of term, the whole boarding community went to Lakeside House (formerly Redcar Farm) for a 'Team Building' session led by Nero Training. The children were challenged to work as a team to compete timed tasks such as 'Hoopla Challenge' 'Tube Dash' and 'Speed Ball'. This preceded a Scavenge Hunt and Nature Quiz. The activities were enjoyed by all and were very successful in fostering esprit de corps within the groups. We are looking forward to further outdoor and adventurous activities. This was an ideal opportunity to foster good relationships and communication; integrating our current and new boarders.
